AS219278 provides web hosting, server hosting and
related Internet infrastructure services.
Websites and other online materials may be hosted
on infrastructure operated by AS219278 at the
direction of its users and domain owners.
AS219278 does not create, select or editorially
control content uploaded or published by users.
We do not continuously monitor hosted websites
or affirmatively search customer content for
possible copyright infringement.

This mailbox is intentionally hosted by an
independent third-party email provider to support
high availability, operational continuity and
long-term message retention.
Reports must be submitted as plain text within
the email body.
Attachments including PDF, DOC, DOCX, ZIP,
screenshots and image files are not processed
by the automation platform.
Please include:
- Reported domain name
- Exact URL or URLs
- Brief description of the complaint
- Complainant contact information
Every report received is archived and submitted
to our fully automated AI-assisted abuse
processing platform.
No report is ignored or discarded without
automated processing.
Processing is fully automated and is not
dependent on office hours, staff availability,
weekends or public holidays.
Reports are processed in chronological order.
No report receives priority treatment based on
the identity, size or commercial position of
the complainant or domain owner.
The platform extracts reported domain names and
URLs, checks whether the report can be processed,
identifies the relevant hosted service, generates
filtering rules and deploys those rules across
the network infrastructure under our operational
control.
No human review or manual intervention ordinarily
takes place during automated report processing.
Our personnel do not proactively inspect hosted
content, determine copyright ownership,
investigate factual allegations or adjudicate
the legal validity of individual DMCA claims.
Automated processing and filtering constitute an
internal hosting and network-management response.
They do not constitute an admission that the
reported material is unlawful or a legal ruling
concerning copyright ownership or infringement.
Every processable report follows the same
predefined technical workflow regardless of
sender, complainant, reported domain, domain
owner or commercial relationship.
Once processed, access to the reported domain is
permanently filtered while the service remains
hosted on, or its traffic traverses, infrastructure
under our operational control.
Depending on the technical configuration, the
filtering action may affect the reported domain
rather than individual files or pages.
AS219278 is not necessarily the domain registrar
or authoritative DNS operator for a reported
domain. We therefore cannot cancel, transfer or
modify the domain registration itself.
If the domain owner moves the website or service
to another hosting company, ISP or transit
provider, the traffic may cease to traverse our
infrastructure and our filtering will no longer
have any technical effect.
Further action against a migrated domain or
externally hosted content must be directed to
the new hosting provider, network operator,
DNS provider or domain registrar, as applicable.
Typical automated processing time is approximately
30-45 minutes after successful email delivery.
The objective of this system is to provide a
predictable, consistent, technically neutral and
continuously available abuse-processing workflow.
