This automated filtering system is an internal network management policy of AS59447 and does not constitute a legal determination regarding the validity of any complaint or alleged infringement. Every properly formatted report follows the same predefined technical workflow regardless of sender, complainant, reported domain or domain owner. Once processed, traffic destined to the reported domain is permanently filtered while traversing the AS59447 network. The platform filters network traffic only. It cannot remove website content, suspend domain registrations, modify DNS records, disable hosting services or affect Internet resources outside the AS59447 network. This filtering affects only traffic carried by AS59447. We are not a domain registrar, hosting provider, DNS operator or CDN provider. If the domain owner migrates to another ISP or Internet transit provider, traffic no longer traverses AS59447 and our filtering no longer applies. Typical processing time is approximately 30-45 minutes after successful email delivery. The objective of this platform is to provide a predictable, transparent and technically neutral abuse processing workflow.
